Bid Opportunities Project                                         Bid Due Date Contact Location Bid Documents Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad Station TBD Samantha Metta  Wheaton, MD   Project Details: Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad Station Wheaton, Maryland This project consists of a 28,000 SF, two-story station with four apparatus bays and is to be constructed at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Arcola Avenue on a 2.5 acre site.   The building will be a masonry building with storefronts and metal roofing with a membrane roof at the mechanical units and balcony areas.  We are requesting any ideas with regard to value-engineering on this project.  All power fees, permit fees, etc. are to be excluded for your budget. Keep in mind that these documents are for budget pricing purposes only and have not been finalized.  All pricing should reflect the industry standard and be qualified.
