Airline Interior Buildout Construction
United Airlines
Various projects include full-scale interior office renovations all the
way down to service work. Like our task order projects with the
Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority, United Airlines has relied
on MCSI's onsite staff at Washington Dulles International Airport to
perform building repairs, renovations of their passenger lounges, as
well as flight crew break rooms and facilities.

US Airways
US Airways utilized our onsite staff
at Ronald Reagan Washington
National Airport to help them renovated their existing
employee/maintenance crew offices, break rooms, and locker room
facilities. The project included replacement of floor tiles,
replacement of all ceilings, and painting of the entire space.
Lufthansa
This project required the reconfiguration of an existing 2 story cargo
building to accommodate the administration offices for Lufthansa
Airlines. All new slab to slab partitions, HVAC systems, finishes, and
plumbing were installed on a fast-track basis in order to expedite
Lufthansa's relocation to his new facility.

Qatar Airways
Qatar Airways began flights out of
Dulles Airport on July 16, 2007.
MCSI got a call 5 days before their inaugural flight requesting an
extremely fast completion of the new space Qatar would be using for
their flight administration. The work completed in 2 1/2 days included
all new lighting, ceilings, telephone/data devices, and painting. MCSI
has since completed their new administration space in the ticketing
level, which features custom cherry wood doors, frames, and accents, as
well as new carpet, telephone/data equipment, and a full storage space.

Worldwide Flight
Services
Not unlike the US Airways renovation at Reagan Airport, the Worldwide
Flight Services project required the replacement of all ceilings, floor
tile, and painting. MCSI also installed additional cabinetry and
renovated Worldwide's existing restroom facilities for their flight
support and maintenance crews.
Mesa Airlines
MCSI was tasked with the complete renovation of Mesa's flight crew
lounge in Concourse A at Dulles Airport. New cabinetry and countertops,
wall covering, and carpet "freshened up" their existing lounge so that
their crews will have a relaxing environment for their break time.
