There are three primary project delivery methods that you should consider as you begin your planning process: Design Build - this type of project delivery can take months off of the schedule through earlier mobilization and commencement of construction, as well as reduce overall cost by increasing constructability of the design. Agency CM - this fee based service is most effective and yields the greatest benefit to you when we are allowed to be your advisor in every stage of the project from conceptual planning and project definition to a fully comissioned facility. At-Risk CM - in this method, we will make a committment to you to deliver the project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price, when we are allowed to act as your advisor during the development and design phase (Preconstruction Phase) of the project. Milestone works to bring added value to whatever project delivery method you choose by conducting a careful study of your project for the purpose of identifying constructability issues and/or design elements that could be potential problems, and then proactively guiding the design and construction process on your behalf to minimize the likelihood of future claims or disputes.
