Mr. Whitener is responsible for all corporate Project Management & Administration
and has over 15 years of experience in Heavy Highway, Bridge and Sitework Construction.
He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1986 and is an
E.I.T. Certified Civil Engineer. His previous construction experience has included
management of over $50M in Airport construction at both Washington Dulles International
and Ronald Reagan National Airports.
