Currently we are completing several School Additions in Fairfax County, Virginia, and a $6.5 million Pedestrian Walkback Tunnel project for Dulles International Airport. On a tightly phased accelerated schedule, we recently completed a Tenant Fit-out for the FAA, a Bus Maintenance Facility for MWAA and an Air Fire Rescue Station for Dulles Airport. These projects were completed on time and with minimal punch list. In addition to the School Additions and the project at Dulles International Airport, Milestone Construction Services, Inc. prides itself on being a leader in Building Repair and Task Order Work at both National Airport and the National Institutes of Health. MCSI also has a proven track record in the construction of Churches and Restaurants as well as the Restoration of Historical Facilities. MCSI recently started a $7.0 Million Recreational Facility in Arlington County. When completed the facility will incorporate a 4 story-parking garage, 4 lighted ball fields and a synthetic turf soccer field.
